The million dollar question – When will the houses be available? Well, I am sure you appreciate there are many uncertainties but based on our current knowledge and expectation the key milestones are as below.

November 2019 – Village consultation

December 2019 – Planning Application submitted

Easter 2020 – Outcome of Planing Application expected

Summer 2020 – (assuming planning Application Approved) – Housing Association conducts contractor tenders.

Late 2020 – Work begins

Second half 2021 – Houses ready!
