After a thorough selection process the MCLT board unanimously agreed that we would partner with the United Communities Housing Association.

Key to the appointment was the local focus (Bristol and Swindon based), experience in providing community lead housing and a desire to expand into more rural areas.

The Housing Association provide the majority of the capital funds for the building project and have the shills and experience to appoint all the required contractors for the housing development.

After the houses are built United Communities will manage all aspects of the operation of the properties.
