In 2018 the MCLT board interviewed representatives from 4 architectural firms. After thorough consideration the Board unanimously agreed that Reed Watts were the best fit to realise the vision for the proposed affordable housing development.

For the last year members of MCLT have frequently met with the form and have worked hard to produce the plans that were presented at the village consultation meeting and in the Planning Application submitted. The MCLT board have been very impressed by the collaborative approach and the quality of the material produced.

Assuming that the project proceeds it is now up to the Housing Association partners, United Communities to define the ongoing input from Reed Watts.
